天趣將參與香港藝術界盛事Art Central 2022，展覽一連四日展出，由5月26日至29日於灣仔會展Hall 3FG舉行。天趣當代藝術館位於展位A18，並帶來4位藝術家的精彩作品，包括本地藝術家王守清、旅法藝術家藏淵及二位德國藝術家克裏斯蒂娜·巴羅佐及麗莎·沃爾菲爾。
是次的展位主題是「當代精神」。當代藝術雖然在形式上複雜多變，但其價值在於藝術家自我的精神指向，而非單純的形式創新。展覽將呈現藝術家如何回應當下正在面對的精神狀態和生存體驗，他們的創作統攝其感受和觀念，同時亦離不開審美的藝術實踐。
王守清的「潛意識系列」為概念性作品，單一地以個人潛意識去引導創作。王守清以這種藝術行為肯定了潛意識及直覺的複現力和美感判斷，由直覺式的揮筆所產生的書寫和符號複現了記憶、思維和情感的積澱。
近年來，藏淵的藝術由早期的詩意、事物的印跡和本質追求，轉變成表現情緒迸發的異空間創造。強調重彩色境的作品是他回憶和靈魂深處的載體，並表現出抽象表現主義所強調的獨立精神性。
而兩位德國藝術家在空間和自然關係中思考人的定位。克裏斯蒂娜·巴羅佐以城市、星體和宇宙作主題的提供了微觀和宏觀宇宙視角的對比，以現實的空間跨度觀照自己的內在和生命的本質。
麗莎·沃爾菲爾嘗試擺脫外在和理性的束縛，以扭曲和混亂的方式描繪人體和動物並放置在一個有限的繪畫空間，由此描繪出她無法用語言表達的層次、感受和現實。她們的藝術創作體現出植根在德國人的哲學思維。
Art of Nature is excited to announce our participation in Art Central 2022 at Booth A18. The fair be viewed from 26th to 29th, May at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre in Halls 3FG. We gladly present the works of FOUR artists, Wong Sau Ching (Hong Kong), Cang Yuan (French-based Chinese), Cristina Barroso (Germany) and Lisa Wölfel (Germany).
Our theme "Contemporary Spirit", denotes the value of spiritual orientation of the artist's self, rather than pure innovation of forms. You will find their works resonate with their current mental state and survival experience. Their emotions and feelings-dominated creations are inseparable from the practice of art aesthetic.
Wong's Subconsciousness Series is a conceptual series of painting. By letting the subconsciousness lead the creation solely, Wong Sau Ching affirmed the reproducibility and aesthetic judgment of the subconsciousness and intuition. The entire picture of each work is filled with layers of calligraphy-like doodles. Layer by layer, the previous color layers become faint and produce a soft and mysterious image.
Cang, on the other hand, transformed from pursuing poetry, impression and essence into pure emotional bursts. His works become a carrier of memories and soul. His works manifest a strong sense of individual spirituality.
The two German artists situate their works around people in relation to space and nature. Cristina uses cities and constellations to contrast the micro and macro cosmos, provides a new perspective to review our inner state and the essence of life.
Lisa tries to eliminate the constraints of the external world and rationality. She portrays the human figures and animals in distorted and chaotic forms, showing the layers, feelings, and reality that she cannot express by words. Their creations reflect German philosophical thinking.
